Create a tiny natural space for your home or workspace, just for you. In this hands-on workshop, you will assemble your own mini garden using stones to represent earth, sand to symbolize flowing water, and an air plant to embody living nature.
You will also learn a simple five-minute mindfulness practice using your garden that you can easily incorporate into your daily routine. Plus, discover practical tips for helping your air plant thrive long after the workshop ends.
