This two-hour experience blends meditation, reflection, and art in a calm, supportive space where all are welcome.
What to Expect
Guided Meditation
Slow down, breathe deeply, and set meaningful intentions for yourself and for our community.
Letter to Your Future Self
Write a personal letter that will be mailed back to you in April, offering reflection, encouragement, and perspective.
Community Canvas
Add your words, colors, or artistic mark to a shared canvas created collectively during the event.
Book of Intentions
Share anonymous intentions for yourself, The Foundry, or for Denton. This book will remain available all year for continued reflection and participation.
Atmosphere
A quiet, calming environment with soft music to support relaxation and mindfulness.
Closing Gathering
Enjoy light snacks and drinks in the Fireplace Room during the final 30 minutes as we come together in community.
