Concetta Gibson is the founder and owner of Oak Branch Grove herbal and nature art and Leaf & Bed, an Eastern Shore small business that provides garden design, consulting, coaching, and native plant sourcing. She brings her experience as a former earth and environmental science teacher and nonprofit professional to help people connect with nature by gardening outdoors or with houseplants, using sustainable natural materials, and promoting accessible and adaptable practices. Concetta is also a musician, holds certifications as a Chesapeake Bay Landscape Professional (CBLP) and in Permaculture Design certified by Permaculture Institute of North America, teaches garden courses part-time at Chesapeake College, and is a co-founder President of the Delmarva Chapter of Wild Ones, a national nonprofit focused on promoting native plants and sustainable gardening.
