Making Mosaic Flowers with Colored Glass!

Attention all art and nature lovers! Are you looking for a new and beautiful way to incorporate flowers and plants into your home decor? Look no further than our floral mosaics workshop!

In this workshop, you will learn the art of creating stunning floral mosaics using a variety of materials such as glass tiles, ceramic tiles, and natural stones. Our experienced instructor, Joanne Gelles, will guide you through each step of the process, from designing your mosaic to grouting the finished piece.

Not only will you create a unique and beautiful work of art, but you will also learn about the symbolism and meaning behind different types of flowers and plants. You will have access to a wide variety of colorful and intricate flower designs, as well as a variety of materials to create a truly personalized and one-of-a-kind mosaic.

No prior experience is necessary, for ages 12 and up, and all materials will be provided. Your choice of project sizes; one 8″ x 10″ per 2 hour session.  Or for two or more sessions you can do a 12″ x 14″ project. You will leave this workshop with a beautiful, nature-inspired mosaic that you can proudly display in your home or give as a special gift to someone you love.

You can sign up for as many of the open workshops as you like in order to finish your project. If you can’t come one week just sign up for the next week! The final session for the month will be about how to grout and finish your project.
