The winner is required to:
(1) be 21 years of age to participate;
(2) print clearly, if unable to read, another ticket will be selected;
(3) provide a current valid form of ID to claim the prize;
(4) be responsible for all applicable license fees, tips, tax, registration, and insurance;
5) be aware that the Caroline County Council of Arts, Inc. reserves the right to make any final decisions on disputes;

Online ticket sales will end 5/10/19 at 5 pm. Tickets will be available in person at the Spring Thing event on 5/11/19.
