About the play: Rex Bentley, owner and CEO of the American Corner Auto Ranch has died after driving his car off a bridge into the Choptank River. We are at a combination memorial tribute and shareholders’ meeting, where his will is to be read and a new CEO chosen, when accusations fly that he was murdered. It turns out that Rex was a serial philanderer. His former and current wives, his rival at Harmony Motors, his assistant, chief mechanic, and sales manager, a show room model, a ‘friend’, even his own sister, daughter, and possibly a son no one knew about are all suspects. Love triangles, quadrangles, lies, and deceit abound. Audience members will be able to question the suspects and try to help solve the murders in a night full of laughs and surprises. There might even be a little gift to take home!
