This scholarship fund has been established by the Caroline County Council of Arts (CCCA) in honor of Mark Grande, who was the CCCA Executive Director before his death in 2005. Mark was an extremely talented man who gave freely of his time in a number of areas. In addition to his duties with the CCCA, he was a musician and photographer. The fund will help graduating Caroline County students who are pursuing studies in the performing & visual arts.
CCCA is now accepting applications for the 2023 Mark Grande Scholarship. Total funding in the amount of $3000 will be distributed to 2-6 Junior or Senior students ($500-$1500 per award) who are pursuing a higher education in the performing or visual arts.
